IDE PCI Card

I have a PC PCI IDE controller card and want to get it to work with MKLinux, is there a driver that exists that will do this? And if so, where do i get it and how do i set it up?

Also, it doesnt work in the MacOS, but id like it too. If you have any ideas how i could get it to mount in MacOS, that would be great too.
