NTLDR is an NT (windows XP or 2000) file that is part of the booting. there is some usefull information on it here: http://www.computing.net/windowsxp/wwwboard/forum/81716.html
i am having the same problem but at 5 past midnight christmas morning and 20 pressies left to wrap i have other things to do before i'm back online. well my linux installation (which is what buggerd it up i have annoying hard disks that linux doesn't like i'm just praying my RAID and the 200GB of mp3s and films are ok) and my other computer work. anyway enought of my babbling if you still need more help with this problem just search for "NTLDR is missing" on www.google.com and you'll get loads of maches like i did. hope ive been of some help
